$50 Cancellation Fee - MUST be cancelled at least 14 days
prior to check-in.
For Cancellations 7 -13 days before
check-in a ONE NIGHTS rental rate plus all taxes will be charged.
For ANY cancellations LESS than 7 days
before check-in they will be charged the FULL AMOUNT
of their reserved dates plus ALL taxes/service charges.
Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund. No refunds for less guest
numbers AFTER final balance is billed at 7 days prior to check-in.
No exceptions.
The credit card used for reservation will be held as for security deposit in the event
of damaged or missing items or violation of policies.

Indoor Fireplaces are SEASONAL and are closed during warmer months usually Mid-May,June, July & August. These dates may be extended or decreased according to weather
temps. Outdoor Firepit is provided for year round use.
