Indiana. Located 1/2 way between Nashville and Bloomington, it is just minutes from everything, including shopping, dining
and Little Nashville Opry. Brown County State Park is 3 miles away and Lake Monroe is 10 minutes. It has 3 bedrooms and 2
baths with beautiful full length covered porches. Set on a private wooded knoll, the VIEW from the beautiful FRONT ENTRANCE overlooks one of the prettiest valleys in Brown
County. Your closest neighbors are the deer that you will see from the front porch at dusk.
This GORGEOUS LOG CABIN features all wood floors
and ceilings with lovely stone tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ceiling fans are in every room and on the porches
for continued comfort inside and out. ADVENTUREWOOD was built with many upscale features for the most
discriminating guests who enjoy luxury and seclusion along with the rustic, warmth of beautiful Brown County. It is decorated
with a unique “BEAR DECOR”, wildlife and pine trees for an open, yet warm and rustic“lodge” feel in
every room. Adventurewood is a beautiful retreat for all "SEASONS".
DOWNSTAIRS, the GREAT ROOM features cathedral wood ceilings with floor to
ceiling STONE FIREPLACE (wood burning). Many windows and glass panels provide
for a beautiful view of woods and valley surrounding this lovely, Brown County Log home. Relax by the crackling, wood fire
and enjoy TV, VCR, DVD or music on the CD player. The KITCHEN is fully equipped. A center island allows plenty
of room to entertain with your family or friends. The DINING ROOM has French Doors that open onto a sun deck.
Two bedrooms are downstairs, both with ceiling
fans and QUEEN beds and a shared main bath. The FIRST BEDROOM has a door that adjoins the main bath and a separate
entrance to the back covered porch and hot tub area, providing a 2nd “smaller” Master bed/bath to allow 2 couples
to enjoy privacy on separate floors. The SECOND bedroom is of similar
size.
UPSTAIRS, the LOG stairway leads to a gorgeous
open loft with POOL TABLE and sleeper sofa. High ceilings, ceiling fan and
the high top bar table and chairs set the mood for fun and entertainment in the rustic “pub” atmosphere.
Just off the loft area upstairs is the beautiful MASTER BEDROOM Suite. Perfect for that romantic Brown County getaway.
Decorated in all LOG furniture it features a KING size bed with cathedral wood ceilings, ceiling fan and a satellite TV w/VCR,
DVD. A door opens to your private upper deck overlooking the woods and valley. The master bedroom also features a romantic
Gas Fireplace (see-thru) which separates the bedroom from the large, elegant MASTER BATH. The master bath offers
the luxury of a romantic, candlelight soak in your private "heart-shaped" 2 person JACUZZI tub while watching the flames in
the two-sided fireplace. (Gas fireplace is seasonal.) It also features doubles sinks, dressing table and separate shower.

The BACK PORCH features a private screened 6-person
HOT TUB room surrounded by woods. There is also a picnic
table, gas grill and ceiling fans for your outdoor comfort. For those cool nights, just off the sun deck is the OUTDOOR FIRE PIT for an evening relaxing by the fire, or quiet moments
and a cold drink on the LOG SWING. Outdoor furniture is provided throughout the porches and decks that surround this private
log home.
