2 Night Minimum stay on Weekends
3 Night Minimum stay on Holidays
(1 night rentals MAY be available on weekdays, last minute  bookings and during off-season - Call us! - $40 single night partial cleaning fee will be added for one night rentals)

Deposit:
  • Your credit card will be billed for your first night's stay at the time of your reservation.
  • Your credit card will be kept on file for billing the balance of your reservation 7-10 days prior to your check-in date, and to pay for any damages or missing items.
  • You do have to have a credit card to make a reservation.
 Cancellation Policy:
  •  $50 Cancellation Fee - Reservation MUST be cancelled at least 14 days prior to check-in.
  • For Cancellations 7 -13 days before check-in a ONE NIGHT'S rental plus all taxes (your deposit) will be charged. 
  • For ANY cancellations LESS than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation including all taxes and service charges will be charged.
  • Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.
  • No refunds for fewer guest numbers after the final balance is billed at 7 days prior to check-in.
  • No exceptions.
The credit card used for reservation will be held as for security deposit in the event of damaged or missing items or violation of policies.
